BD9 Bradford Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide for Members

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between BD9 Bradford and its members. BD9 Bradford is an internationally licensed online betting platform offering entertainment betting services to Bangladeshi members. Throughout this document, "we" and "our" refer to BD9 Bradford, while "you" and "member" refer to the user of the platform.

1General Terms & Conditions

The following general terms apply to the use of BD9 Bradford's services. Failure to comply with these terms may result in BD9 Bradford suspending or terminating an account at any time.

• BD9 Bradford provides its services for entertainment purposes only.
• Members must be of legal age (18+) to use the platform.
• BD9 Bradford may modify or discontinue any part of its services at any time.
• BD9 Bradford is not liable for any issues arising from technical faults or errors.
• These Terms & Conditions constitute the sole binding service agreement with BD9 Bradford and supersede any other oral or written representations.

2Account Registration & Verification

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To register with BD9 Bradford, members must meet the following requirements:

• Members must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required.
• Your national ID or passport number must be accurate.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account on BD9 Bradford. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be terminated and any funds held within them may be forfeited.

2.3 KYC Verification Process

BD9 Bradford complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. Accordingly, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for withdrawals above a certain threshold. One of the following documents is required for KYC:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

2.4 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. BD9 Bradford will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

The following deposit methods are supported on BD9 Bradford:

• Mobile Pay — minimum ৳500, maximum ৳50,000 per transaction
• Nagad — min ৳500, max ৳50,000 per transaction
• Rocket — minimum ৳500, maximum ৳50,000 per transaction
• Bank Transfer — minimum ৳5,000

Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please notify the support team.

3.2 Withdrawal

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 per day
• KYC verification must be completed (first time)
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Transaction Rejection

BD9 Bradford reserves the right to decline or hold any transaction in the following cases: suspected fraud, incomplete KYC, transactions from multiple accounts, or unusual betting patterns.

4Betting Rules

4.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is accepted on BD9 Bradford, members cannot cancel it themselves unless the cash-out feature is active. BD9 Bradford may void a bet in the following circumstances:

• If a match or event is cancelled
• If a bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds
• If a bet is recorded incorrectly due to a technical error
• If evidence of match fixing or corruption is found

4.2 Maximum Win Limit

The maximum win from a single bet is ৳50,000 and the daily maximum win is ৳2,00,000. Separate limits may apply for accumulator bets.

4.3 Live Betting

Odds in live betting change rapidly and may be updated before a bet is confirmed. BD9 Bradford is not liable for any odds changes resulting from delays during live betting.

4.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BD9 Bradford:

• Arbitrage betting (placing opposing bets across multiple platforms)
• Use of bots or automated software
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting
• Account sharing or betting through a third party
• Match fixing or use of insider information

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus upon registration. To claim this bonus, a first deposit is required and specific wagering requirements must be met. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus at BD9 Bradford comes with specific wagering requirements. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before those requirements are met. The following rules apply to wagering calculations:

• Only real money bets count toward wagering
• Bets placed with bonus funds do not count towards wagering requirements
• Bets with odds of 1.5 or higher will count towards wagering requirements
• Void or push bets do not count toward wagering

5.3 Bonus Validity Period

Wagering requirements must generally be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Any unused bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry.

6Responsible Gaming Policy

BD9 Bradford believes betting should be a healthy form of entertainment. To help prevent problem gambling, we offer the following tools:

6.1 Deposit Limits

Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 7-day waiting period.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

Members can self-exclude their account for a specified period. During self-exclusion, BD9 Bradford will not send the member any promotional or bonus offers.

6.3 Cooling-Off Period

A cooling-off period of anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks can be activated at any time. During this period, the member will not be able to access their account.

7Account Suspension & Termination

7.1 Suspended by BD9 Bradford

BD9 Bradford may immediately suspend or terminate any account for the following reasons:

• Terms & Conditions Violation
• Providing false or incomplete information
• Fraud, hacking, or attempted cyberattacks
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting
• Operating multiple accounts

7.2 Closed by Member

Any member may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Any available balance may be withdrawn prior to account closure, subject to wagering requirements.

8Privacy & Data Protection

BD9 Bradford places the highest importance on protecting members' personal data. We do not sell or rent member data to any third parties. However, information may be shared with regulatory authorities where required by law or for investigation purposes.

9Dispute Resolution

For any dispute between BD9 Bradford and a member, please submit a complaint to our customer support team first. The support team will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

2. Please attach any relevant screenshots or transaction proof.
3. BD9 Bradford will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
4. Complex issues will be resolved within a maximum of 7 business days.

10Policy on Changes to Terms

BD9 Bradford reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or SMS at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
